Flexi Home Furnishings is an innovative program offered to residents at select apartment communities. It allows the residents to purchase quality, brand new furniture, televisions, appliances & computers through convenient and affordable monthly payments. Their purchases are financed over the length of their lease, bundled with their apartment rent. As they make their rent payment they also make their Flexi Home Furnishings payment.
